23 May 2023, 13:00 - 23 May 2023, 22:30 | Campus rachelsmolen
Come to the second edition of the Fontys IT Festival on May 23, a day full of inspiration and fun at the Rachelsmolen campus. This year's theme is Artificial Intelligence (AI), where we will explore the impact of AI on the world of tomorrow. What can you expect? Inspiring speakers, active workshops, and presentations of various student projects. Of course, we will also provide delicious food and drinks, and end the day with a party.
At the festival grounds, students, (former) employees, and alumni can meet each other and enjoy a program full of inspiration and IT knowledge sharing. There will be various speakers, such as Hack the Planet and keynote speakers Jarno Duursma, Annita Lettink, Jeroen de Haas, and Buster Franken, who will take you on a journey through AI from different angles. There will also be workshops, such as the VR workshop Earth from Space, where you will gain insight into current and future challenges for humanity and biodiversity as a result of human activities.
Rob Scheepers will entertain and conclude the day in a humorous way as the host. After the program, you can enjoy delicious food and drinks from various food trucks and catch up with colleagues and (former) classmates. After dinner, you can enjoy a DJ and The Big Swingers.
Register now for the IT Festival 2023 and indicate which part of the program you would like to attend. More information about the program and speakers can be found on the IT festival website, which is continuously updated.
