Missing your student days at Fontys?! Then (re)live your freshers’ week all over again as a Fontys ICT alumnus or alumna at the Purple Festival!

We’re rounding off the induction week with a bang! Namely, with the Purple Festival on Thursday 27 August from 1.00 pm to 10.00 pm. This is where the whole Fontys community comes together.

Students from all Fontys campuses and all degree programmes will be coming together for the Purple Festival to enjoy a whole day of performances and activities spread across the various stages. It’s the perfect way to round off the induction week in style with a party that you, your new friends, classmates and lecturers will be talking about for a long time to come.

- Music stage: Demi Maria, Treasure, H4ZEL, Jonna Fraser, FeestDJ Ruud, Power Hour Zany and Nova Blue
- Fontys Talent Stage: Haunted Reef, Hillegonda de Jong, Caribbean Community, Mauro Appel and Ilja Therese
-And there’s plenty more to experience, including an innovation space, chill area, creative garden, food court, sports hub, food trucks and drinks.

Fontys students in higher years, alumni and other students

Fontys students in higher years, Fontys alumni and other students are also welcome at Purple Festival. This also applies to students from vocational (MBO), higher professional (HBO) and university (WO) programmes, as well as staff members who’d like to experience a day at Purple.

Doors open at 1.00 pm and the festival runs until 10.00 pm. Please note: You can enter the site until 8.30 pm.
