Additional influx into semicon through cross-educational collaboration

The Microchip Talent Brainport Reinforcement Plan also requires an additional step from higher education. Frens Vonken (director of Fontys ICT) is the Beethoven programme director on behalf of higher professional education in the Brainport region. The assignment: more enrolment, fewer student dropouts and ultimately more enthusiasm for a career in semiconductors. He talks about accelerating together and strengthening each other. "We shouldn't just press one button, but several at the same time."
