Regional final FIRST® LEGO® League

On Saturday, January 24, 2026, building R10 will be transformed into a vibrant stage for young technical talent. In collaboration with the STEAMup Foundation, Fontys ICT is organizing the regional final of the FIRST® LEGO® League on that day—an international educational program in which children (aged 9-15) are challenged to discover, design, and program in a playful way.

Twenty-six teams from the Brainport region will present their innovative research projects to an expert jury and let their self-built LEGO robots compete on the competition field. The teams have a chance to win a coveted spot in the national finals.
