Call for fully funded speakers to the

FUTURE SKILLS ALUMNI CONFERENCE
The Human Factor in the Age of AI

from 17 - 19 September 2026 at Deggendorf Institute of Technology, Deggendorf, Bavaria, Germany.

This is your opportunity to showcase your expertise, connect with fellow HEROES Alliance alumni and shape your network and your expertise. Your talk will be in front of a live-audience and simultaneously streamed and later published as MOOC (Massive Open Online Course), extending its reach worldwide.

As our speaker, you’ll receive a full funding for travel, accommodation and catering during the conference days.

We are looking for 20 lecturers in total, 5 each per focus area:

1. Human‑Centered Engineering: Designing Systems for a Hybrid Human–AI World

2. AI‑Ready IT: Architecting, Securing & Scaling Intelligent Systems

3. Human Intelligence Unlocked: Cognitive & Creative Skills in the AI Age

4. Future‑Proof Workforce: Skills, Learning & Employability 2030

If you are an alumna/an alumnus of one of the nine HEROES Alliance partners and your expertise matches one of the above-mentioned areas, we are happy to receive your application as a speaker
